Everyone can benefit from practicing mindfulness, regardless of cultural, economic, religious or spiritual background. Drawing from decades of training, personal practice, education, and application in daily life, we provide you with skills that are practical, accessible and universal.
This course is widely accessible. Whether you’ve been practicing mindfulness for a long time, or just starting out, this course will offer you specific tools and relevant teachings. No prior study of mindfulness or experience in meditation is required for this course. If you have been practicing mindfulness and meditation already, this course will deepen and enhance your practice.
Customize your mindfulness practice to align with your own, deepest values. The Mindful Life Program and teachings encourage you to identify your own values and learn to apply practices to live in alignment with them. In other words, we do not ask you to conform to a pre-determined set of values or ideals. Instead, we encourage you to get to know yourself on a daily basis, discover your own values, and determine a daily program that sets a course toward a more enriching and meaningful life.
