Do you offer group or organizational discounts?
Yes. We’re happy to talk with you about supporting your group, staff, or organization through memberships in the Mindful Life Community. Please contact us to talk about options for you and about how others are using group memberships.
How do I receive the Daily Mindfulness Support?
Daily support will arrive in an email format to the email address associated with your membership account. You may also access the recent daily support messages on the Daily Mindfulness Support Page on the Member Home page.
How do find and use the app?
The Mindful Life Community app for smartphones and tablets is found in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The app is free to download and members can log in using the email associated with their membership. Members receive an email with instructions to log in and use the app and can see same information on the Member Home page. Follow the links below to access the app.
When are the online community gatherings?
- First Thursday of each month at 5 pm PST-US(8 pm EST-US)
- Third Saturday at 3 pm PST-US (7 pm EST-US).
Please note that Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) are in the United States. Please note the difference for your time zone, which may cause the time to be a different date.

Members receive an invite by email for the live online gatherings. When you RSVP, you get a personal link to join the event.

We will purposely vary times for these to accommodate different schedules.
What if I can’t participate in an online gathering?
It’s never a problem to miss an online gathering. They are always optional and as a support to you. We record and post them for members after they occur. Also, members can participate at any level that works for them and it whatever way supports them to live mindfully.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. While we hope that your membership is very beneficial, we understand that there may be reasons you may want or need to cancel your membership. Within 14 days of your subscription start date for an annual subscription, you may receive a 100% refund. If you would like a refund, please email us at email@example.com.
Am I able to cancel a subscription?
Yes. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your My Account page. Your subscription will remain active for the length of time you have paid for.
