Online Gathering of Support for Pitkin County Employees

Wednesdays at 8:30-9:30 am

All Pitkin County employees are welcome! 

Regardless of whether you’ve taken the Mindfulness Foundations Course, this weekly offering is available to all employees to engage in mindfulness practices. Come to learn or to support your ongoing use of practical and universal mindfulness approaches in day to day life.

Join Laura Bartels of the Mindful Life Program and your coworkers in this weekly group in an opportunity to practice, learn and share about the four keys to living mindfully. Our guided meditation is followed with time for thoughts and questions about integrating mindfulness into your life.

Living more mindfully, we develop skills in four key areas – attention, wisdom, values, and an open heart, allowing us to create resilience and respond in healthy ways in our day to day interactions.
