Weekly Group – The Monday Night Mindfulness Group is an opportunity to join together every Monday evening for a guided group meditation followed by an open discussion and an offering of a mindfulness practice for your week. Meet others who are making mindfulness a way to manage stress, improve attention, and acquire emotional and mental balance, as well as cultivate peace and well-being – an inspiring support for your mindfulness practice. We share the daily mindfulness support which includes a motivating, insightful quote, a mindfulness exercise to try during your week and reflective questions to deepen your learning. Anyone is welcome, including beginner and experienced mindfulness practitioners and those curious about mindfulness. It is also a valuable support practice for those who are members of the Mindful Life Community or have taken our MLP Foundations Course. No registration necessary.

Weekly Group – The intention behind this Thursday Night Mindfulness Group is to cultivate an inclusive mindfulness community. If we are to continue to grow and live meaningful lives, we need each other. Each week we’ll meditate as a group then share our experiences practicing weekly mindfulness exercises such as; attention, compassion, equanimity, and loving-kindness. We’ll also examine our values and learn to apply them skillfully in our lives. We’ll additionally generate more wisdom by exploring our misperceptions, biases and unhealthy motivations. All that is required to attend is an interest in cultivating peace and living a meaningful and purposeful life.

Bi-Weekly Group – The Wisdom on Wednesdays group is a gathering for MLP Foundations Course graduates. Every two weeks, they are fortunate to meet as a group to practice meditation together and reflect on their mindfulness practices. They also explore ways they can improve their practice in beneficial and skillful ways. To increase their understanding of mindfulness practice, they discuss an article or video related to mindfulness each fortnight.

Monthly Group – This group meets in support of those who have participated in a Mindful Life Program Foundations Course. This meeting is to continue and deepen the discussion and support their mindfulness practice. The meeting includes meditation and discussion of mindfulness practice and is led by MLP Certified Teacher, Cindy Schmidt.
