We are excited to be able to offer this online course at a time when the world is being challenged in a unique way by the uncertainty of a global pandemic. This course is offered by one of the co-founders of the Mindful Life Program, Mark Molony. Mark is an engaging teacher who has spent many years learning how best to support the healing of others by utilizing our inner resources and specific mindfulness practices.

Dates: This 4-week course meets twice each week. In the US, starting March 30th, Mondays and Wednesdays, 3-5 pm MST for four weeks. In Australia, starting March 31st, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8-10am EST for four weeks.
(Please note that a Daylight saving time adjustment will mean the classes will be at 7-9 am Melbourne AEST from 7 April onwards).
The program will be limited to a class size of 15 participants. Should you miss a class, a video of the class will be offered to enrolled participants.
