The Mindful Life Community™ is excited to announce our new monthly webinar series, “Mindful Living Skills”. We’re launching this new offering because we’re dedicated to finding even more ways to support you to develop the foundations and practices that bring you well-being and resiliency, especially in these times of ongoing challenges and uncertainty. In fact, developing your skills for living mindfully and meaningfully may be the best way to respond to our current times.  

The new webinars bring Mindful Life Program™ founders, teachers, and guests together in a collective conversation on key aspects of practice. Join us to learn, explore, and have a chance to ask questions during these live events. 

The webinars are open to anyone. 

Join us on October 3 in our opening webinar, Enlivening Supportive Habits, with Co-Founder Mark Molony, Executive Director Laura Bartels, and Certified Teacher Dan Piquette. Mark, Laura, and Dan will share insights from the new Daily Practice Journal. Tap into their experience with establishing and enlivening a wide range of supportive habits. Explore together ways to engage in your day meaningfully.
