Attention – Developing attention skills through meditation training, cultivating the skill of attending to what we choose to, and becoming aware of our attention
Values – Discovering what’s meaningful and important to us so that we bear these in mind. Exploring the relationship between values and genuine happiness.
Wisdom –Learning to see clearly, becoming more aware of our perceptions and judgments, and developing skillfulness with ourselves and others in the area of emotions, communication and more.
Open Heart – Developing healthy and beneficial attitudes and interactions through cultivating skills of compassion, loving-kindness, empathic joy, and equanimity.
