The MLP course combines meditation training with practical, accessible, and universal skills that empower you to engage in your life with attention and intention. Though incredibly important, there is much more to mindfulness than simply learning to be present in the moment. Mindfulness is the ability to be present with clarity and discernment – to be able to experience life (events, people, thoughts and emotions) consciously and respond with wisdom.
MLP is a comprehensive mindfulness program, integrating four key areas of mindfulness: concentration, wisdom, values, and an open heart. The program consists of lecture, meditation, small group discussion, journaling, and short video presentations. It will be facilitated by John (Chophel) Bruna, co-founder of the Mindful Life Program.
Each participant will receive our exclusive MLP Mindfulness Companion Journal that explains the four key areas of mindfulness, the complete mindfulness program and 30 days of individual daily mindfulness practices.
