This an opportunity to join together for a guided mindfulness of breath meditation followed by an open discussion and an offering of a mindfulness practice for your week. Meet others who are making mindfulness a way to manage stress, improve attention, and acquire emotional and mental balance, as well as cultivate peace and well-being – an inspiring support for your mindfulness practice. We share the daily mindfulness support which includes a motivating, insightful quote, a mindfulness exercise to try during your week and reflective questions to deepen your learning. Anyone is welcome, including beginner and experienced mindfulness practitioners and those curious about mindfulness. Though it is not required, we do encourage participants to join the Mindful Life Community™ to receive daily ongoing support and resources to develop your practice.
