Mindful Healing

We are excited to be able to offer this online course at a time when the world is being challenged in a unique way by the uncertainty of a global pandemic. This course is offered by one of the co-founders of the Mindful Life Program, Mark Molony. Mark is an engaging teacher who has spent many years learning how best to support the healing of others by utilizing our inner resources and specific mindfulness practices.

At times of great uncertainty, we can struggle and suffer as we try to do the best we can to be calm and adapt to our new circumstances. Yet very quickly, we can drift and start responding to our challenges in ways that we know in our hearts and minds are unhelpful. This course is about harnessing the healing potential within us to enhance our own well-being. The course utilizes the four foundations of mindfulness and an array of other self-coaching practices to balance our Way of Being, closer to our Natural State.

Who is this course for?

This course is of great benefit to those of us who are experiencing an internal struggle or who are suffering in some aspect of our day to day life. The suffering and uncertainty may derive from our current pandemic experience or more simply from illness, injury or hurt in some aspect of life.  The course is designed to support participants in utilizing their own healing potential in conjunction with other health treatments and modalities they may currently utilize.

Whether you’ve been practicing mindfulness for a long time or just starting out, this course will offer you specific tools and relevant teachings. No prior study of mindfulness or experience in meditation is required. If you have been practicing mindfulness and meditation, this course will deepen and enhance your practice.

At the conclusion of the course each participant will have designed and practiced applying their own healing plan in their life to enhance their healing and wellbeing.

Mark Molony is the co-founder of the Mindful Life Program™ and lives in Melbourne, Australia.  In addition to his extensive training and practice as a clinical social worker, coach and educator, Mark is familiar with the challenges of healing having worked in the fields of crisis, trauma and recovery for many years. He has also had his own significant opportunities to engage in his own healing. Mark is the author of the soon to be published Mindful Healing – Healing with you in Mind. He is a highly regarded teacher, therapist and facilitator who leads retreats, workshops, and trainings in Australia and the USA.

The course dates are:


In the US, starting March 30th, Mondays and Wednesdays, 3-5 pm MST for four weeks


In Australia, starting March 31st, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8-10am EST for four weeks

(Please note that a Daylight saving time adjustment will mean the classes will commence at 7 am and finish at 9 am Melbourne AEST from 7 April onwards).

The program will be limited to a class size of 15 participants. Should you miss a class, a video of the class will be offered to enrolled participants.

How do I access the course?

  • Access to the course the live course sessions is via the Zoom Web Meeting link that will be provided to registrants. Join the live sessions easily using a computer, tablet or mobile.
  • Access to the course home page on our website using your login information set up at checkout. 
  • After completing your registration, look for your welcome email with instructions. If you don’t find it immediately, check your junk mail or in Gmail, your Promotions tab.
  • To access the course home page, simply go to Member Login on the top menu. Select Mindful Healing Course and log in using your username and password. You will be directed to the course page. All course materials are in one convenient place.
  • Before the course begins, you will also get an email invite to join the Mindful Life Community for your included 2 month membership. 

How long does my access last?

You have unlimited access to the course and the Course Guide and Companion Journal, and meditations are downloadable to use on other devices.
